Thank you for joining us on the Allure of the Seas pre-inaugural cruise to Labadee, Haiti, 12/1-12/5 for the benefit of the Brandel-Murphy Youth Fund. We know it will be the experience of a lifetime and, at the same time; you will be helping us fulfill our mission to help children in need in our great Multiple.

 

Please make your check out to the Brandel-Murphy Youth Fund. The cost of the cabin you selected is on the attached brochure. We will receive $500 for each cabin and $1,000 for each suite that are reserved. Each cabin will accommodate two people. Please add an additional $39 per person for gratuities. This covers gratuities for the entire cruise. We will need the following information to properly register you for the cruise:

Name(s) as they appear on your passport(s),

Date(s) of birth,

Citizenship,

Passport number(s)/issue date/expiration date,

Address,

Day-time phone number and cell phone number,

Emergency contact (name, phone number, e-mail address),

 

Please send your check (which includes gratuities) and this important information to me and I will make sure you are properly registered for the cruise. Remember, the cruise leaves from Fort Lauderdale! The deadline for reserving your cabin or suite is August 31st!
