As some of you know President Al & Lion Maureen have been on a trip to India, here are some of his thoughts on the country:

So much poverty. You have no idea how the people and kids live here. They do
have a chance except for a few Lions help. The Lions run a school that has 800
kids who would not otherwise be going to school.  Hospitals are supported by Lions.
Poor women are trained on sewing machines then they were given machines so
they could earn a living. 200 women involved. Maureen and I handed the
machines to these women. Hope for some because of LCI
