The Seaford Lion’s Club was honored to have one of its members selected to be Grand Marshall of the Seaford High School Homecoming Parade.  That is Lion Curt Schmitt.  One of the pictures, I have attached from the event is Lion Curt kicking off the parade. Lion Curt is a local funeral home owner.  He is a Seaford High School graduate. He was chosen for his dedication to the community and his charitable works.  Mr. Schmitt is not only an active Lion.  He is an assistant coach of Seaford Broncos Football and he is President of the Seaford Chamber of Commerce.  The other picture is of Lion Charles Wroblewski.  Lion Charles is carrying the American Legion flag at the event.  Lion Charlie was in the “Honor Guard” of the American Legion that escorted Grand Marshall Schmitt.  The Lions have been active in this homecoming event since its inception.  At halftime of the homecoming football game, we present a plaque for the best float in the parade.  It was a good day for Seaford and the Lions.
