I have been asked to send an email blast to presidents and secretaries currently serving requesting that you forward this to next year’s officers.  If you are going to serve again as an officer, thank you in advance for your continued dedication to serve.

Several clubs have already requested dates for the coming year, thank you to those clubs.

Dates already taken are:

Tuesday, September 1, 2009          – North Shore/Glen Cove

Tuesday, November 10, 2009         – LI Portuguese

Monday, March 1, 2010                   – New Hyde Park North

Attached is a calendar of events for the district, state and international.  I am sending this to you early to help you plan your events for next year.

 

 

** REMINDER **  PLEASE turn in your PU101’s as soon as possible, international had a deadline of May 15 and it appears there are MANY clubs that have not updated their incoming officers for next year.
